The BoviFoam Advantage
Using BoviFoam Foaming Hoof Cleanser, the copper alternative, is as easy as flipping a switch with the Automatic BoviFoam System. The Auto Foamer delivers fresh foam to standard hoof baths every few minutes replacing what the cows remove. Cows later in the milking line receive the same strong treatment as earlier cows. Because BoviFoam clings to hooves, the active ingredient stays in contact with the hoof for several minutes. The Auto Foamer is designed to handle two exit alleys and can be easily installed in nearly any dairy operation.
The Product
Available in 42 or 500 gallon sets. Each set contains a concentrated tablet and a liquid Activator. Mixing BoviFoam is simple. Just pour drinkable water into the solution tank, put the recommended number of BoviFoam tablets and add the appropriate amount of liquid BoviFoam Activator.
BoviFoam can be used with Automatic foaming units or with a convenient hand foamer.
Usage
Mix two tablets and 1.25 ounces of Activator to 1 gallon of water. Important usage tips:
- If hoof problems are severe - Use once a day for seven day
- For a maintenance program, use three to four times per week
